AIC Industrial&Logistic Development will build two warehouses for Fashion Days

Bucharest, December 15th, 2015.

AIC International & Logistic Development will develop and deliver for Fashion Days on a built-to-suit lease arrangement a total of more than 13,700 sqm of class A warehousing space that will allow Fashion Days to meet the demand of its expanding operations over the medium terms.

Vabeld Group, through its Romanian subsidiary Varoed, will provide funding and long term holding of this project.

Two warehouses will be built by AIC - one with a total built surface of 7,289 sqm, due in April 2016 and a second one with a 6,425 sqm, to be completed in May 2016. Both buildings are divided into an office area and a warehouse area and will include external platforms for access and parking.

The two spaces are located within A1 Business Park - a reference amongst the industrial and logistic centers, situated on Km 13 of the Bucharest-Pitesti motorway on a 70-hectare plot with more than 100,000 built sqm and a complete infrastructure ready to support modern industrial and logistic operations. A special attention is being paid by AIC to the construction so as to meet the highest standards in terms of quality and environmental care.
