The site is located near the existing Pirelli Factory, in Slatina, Olt County. The development consists of 3 phases of construction with a total area of 130,000 sqm with deliveries in October 2019, May 2020 and May 2021.
The facility provides Class A specifications, developed for WDP, one of the most important provider of industrial and logistic spaces.
The first two phases were successfully developed, first one being under use by Pirelli in the moment.
