AIC International & Logistic Development delivered on July 1st and August 16th, on a built-to-suit lease arrangement, 2 warehouses with a total surface of 13,714 sqm (7,289 sqm and 6,425 sqm) to the prestigious online retailer Fashion Days. Vabeld Group, through its Romanian subsidiary Varoed, provided funding and long term holding of this project.
Both buildings are divided into an office area and a warehouse area and include external platforms for access and parking.
