Project highlights

A1 Business Park has a total area of 97,000 sqm consisting of 11 warehouse buildings (68,000 sqm of warehouse, 12,000 sqm of office and 3,000 sqm of mezzanine), one office building (GF + 3F, 4,000 sqm) and a commercial building (GF+1F, 10,000 sqm), as well as 561 parking spaces. AIC developed and successfully exited this project by selling it part to VALAD, a Belgian investor, who is the owner from 2016 and part to CTP Investor, a Czech company currently the larger property owner in A1 Business Park.
