Project highlights
Cefin Logistics Park was the largest industrial development in Romania, with more than 150,000 sqm at the time of delivery and accounting for almost 10% of the country’s entire stock of industrial and logistics spaces at the time.
AIC sold the project to Austrian investor Europolis. Since then, the Project was sold twice and is now owned by P3 following the largest industrial transaction in Romania concluded in 2014.
