PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS

The Project is built under a Multi-Tenant Concept, having a 52,000 sqm capacity. AIC developed the entire project for WDP, a Belgian Investor and constructed 28,000 sqm (Phase I).

In present, the project is under construction of Phase II.

The current building is a Class A industrial & logistic facility with the anchor tenant CMPacking – Customization & Co Packing Services.
